Guest lecture by an eminent speaker: Mr. Parbodh Kr. Sharma, IHM - PUSA New Delhi -1975 Batch, USA Based Hotelier

Deptt. Of HMCT , IET BHADDAL TECHNICAL CAMPUS, ROPAR organised a guest lecture on latest trends in hospitality industry on 14th Oct, 2022. This session was attended by Hotel Management students who were enthusiastic to know the International Hotel Industries ground realities , work culture, job opportunities, etc.

The session was really an eye opener for the students as they all were acquainted with the insights of all the vital departments of hotel industry & their respective functioning, job openings, latest trends. It will definitely cater students future prospects & endeavours. Mr. Sharma advised students to have clear understanding of what they want to achieve in their life. The session was highly entertaining and the students appreciated the guest speaker. On the occasion, Director S. S Bindra , college staff, and students were also present. The Director Campus thanked Mr. Sharma for such seminar. In his statement, the Director Campus said, "Such seminars are very helpful for the final year Hotel Management students" . He further added , the foundation for the future can be laid through such seminars. Officiating Principal(Hotel Management) Ms. Kanchan Sharma, Ms. Bhawanpreet Kaur, Ms. Barinderjit Kaur, Mr. Amrendra Singh gave special support in making the seminar a success.
