An educational visit to the Indian School of Business (ISB), Mohali was organized for 35 students of the Management Department of IET Bhaddal Technical Campus, Ropar.

Sharing details about the visit, Bhawanpreet Kaur, Head of the Management Department, said that the main objective of the visit was to familiarize students with the academic and professional environment of one of the country’s leading business schools and to connect their classroom learning with practical exposure.

During the visit, the students gained valuable insights into the academic environment, modern infrastructure, learning facilities and professional work culture at ISB.

They were also introduced to various aspects of management education, leadership development, innovation, entrepreneurship and the evolving requirements of the business world. The students actively participated throughout the visit and also interacted with students at ISB.

The interaction provided them with an opportunity to understand the importance of industry-oriented education, effective communication, leadership qualities and continuous professional development. The visit further motivated the students to explore higher education and career opportunities in the field of management.
