Martyrdom Day of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev observed with great reverence at IET BHADDAL TECHNICAL CAMPUS, ROPAR. The college administration organized a special program to commemorate the sacrifices made by these great martyrs such as patriotic songs, speeches, poetry recitation by staff & students.

Campus-Director Dr. S.S. Bindra expressed his views on this occasion and highlighted its significance. He stated that Martyrdom Day is not only a day of mourning but also a day of inspiration for the youth of our country. The sacrifice made by Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev will always remain an inspiration for generations to come. Their contribution to the Indian freedom struggle is immeasurable and their legacy deserves to be upheld by every citizen of India. Dr. Bindra further added that it is essential to keep their memory alive so that future generations can take inspiration from their bravery and courage. He emphasized that the institute is not only commemorating the martyrdom of these great heroes but also paying tribute to their life and contributions to the Indian independence movement.

Pharmacy Principal Dr. Jitender Singh also shared his views on this occasion. He said that the martyrdom of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev was a turning point in the Indian freedom struggle. Their sacrifice inspired many young individuals to join the freedom movement and fight against the British colonial rule.

On this occasion, Hotel Management Principal Dr. Kanchan Sharma said that the values of patriotism, courage and selflessness that these great heroes embodied are still relevant today. She urged the students to take inspiration from their lives and work towards building a strong and prosperous India.

The event concluded with a moment of silence to honor the sacrifice of these great martyrs.
